The European Medical Travel Forum is the business-to-business meeting place for people involved in the medical travel, medical tourism and cross border healthcare sector in Europe. It’s open to medical professionals, healthcare providers facility managers, administrators and policy makers involved in cross border issues. The European Medical Travel Forum is supported by the European Medical Travel Congress (EMTC). The site is funded by Intuition Communication, publishers of the International Medical Travel Journal.

Cosmetic surgery tourism and PIP implants

Research by Treatment Abroad shows that UK patients may be less at risk than if they had gone for breast augmentation in the UK.We have been trying to track down any European clinics (outside of the UK) that have used PIP or Rofil M implants to find out what policy they are adopting in terms of removal and replacement. Saudi Delegation visited the Specialty Hospital

A delegation representing the general secretariat for the overall quality project in Al-Taif in Saudi Arabia visited the Specialty Hospital in coordination with King Abdullah II Award for excellence
